The EDI seminar will change you, your team and and their thought concerning equity, diversity and inclusion. This training is filled with active exercises, classes, and training by certified trainers, practitioners, and advocates. We cover: 1. Understanding the difference between diversity and inclusion 2. Raising awareness of unconscious bias 3. Recognizing and addressing micro-aggressions 4. Encouraging allyship and bystander intervention 5. Understanding the link between diversity and preventing workplace harassment

Clients are liable for consult hours once booked. Clients can cancel upto 4 hour prior to scheduled meetings.
